Definitely of local significance. Building & cistern foundations in good order, may have important historical significance for the local community. Appears to be overgrown but intact in terms of materials. Cistern is full of rubbish which may tell an interesting stratigraphic story about the site. Appears to be a well built well used structure that if properly excavated will have a lot of meaning for the local community in terms of local history and aesthetics.
