Statement of Significance

The dwelling at 12 Ridgway is of local historic interest to the town of Mirboo North. Although somewhat altered, it contributes to the predominant early twentieth century character of housing in this part of Ridgway and therefore demonstrates an important early phase of residential development in this area.
