Horticultural Value; Rare or Localised: 1-10 known specimens

A fine example of a species rare in cultivation in Victoria. The tree has a major bifurcation at 2.65m. The tree makes a contribution to the landscape of Loyola College built as a Jesuit Novitiate in 1934 and set in extensive landscaped gardens with a complement of mature trees.
