An intact remnant of impressive forest and associated gully understorey, isolated from similar landscapes in the region. This area is of significance due to its high visual quality and ecological importance.

LOCATION AND BOUNDARIES:

A strip between (and including) the Healesville-Kooweerup (Pakenham Road) road reserve and the old Gembrook railway line. Extends from the bridge near Alexander Road, southeast almost to Dorchester Road.
