An odd shaped area surrounding Frankston Reservoir, which is situated on Sweetwater Creek. Between the Reservoir and the boundary fence are regenerated stands approximately 50 years old.

Formations include open forest, woodland and wet heath.

Landscape values are low, but the area would be a valuable park close to or incorporated in the City of Frankston.
