Statement of Significance
Two-storey symmetrical building of rendered masonry in simple classic detail with central arcaded entrance, projecting single-storey western wing added in matching detail. First floor residence still in use. Further red brick additions at rear along Gillies Street allow earlier building to retain its character and proportion.
