This small bluestone arch bridge is quite old (1862) for an existing Victorian Road Bridge, being fifth or sixth oldest, after Youl's Creek (1856), Avenel (1859), Batesford (1859), Djerriwahr Creek (about 1859) and possibly Woodend (also1862).
