Statement of Significance
A post office building of 1887 with residential extensions of no significance in 1915.A front porch and office added in 1891 in a brick and cement eclectic Jacobean style surmounted by a miniature segmental pediment. Defaced by the blocking of the porch, white painting of the cement and timber work, removal of the parapet urns and replacement of the slate roof.
