Statement of Significance

This church seems to have been moved from Sutherland's Creek Road, Sutherland 's Creek, and rebuilt at Deakin University in 1998. Church Citation: A simple Gothic church of Maude quartzitic sandstone designed by Shaw and Dowden and opened in 1858, at present in semi-ruinous state.(citation date: 18/08/1988).
