An elegant provincial mansion possessing all the architectural refinement found in its metropolitan counterpart. The two storey balcony structure which forms the main facade is enclosed by extensions of the side walls, a device usually only found in houses which were certain of being flanked by later buildings. A gas lighting system is still reticulated.
