Boundaries of the South Fitzroy Historic Area encompass the area on the north and south sides of Gertrude Street, from 9-83 Gertrude Street (north side) and 6-100 Gertrude Street (south side); Brunswick Street from 1-63 (west side) and 14-50 (east side); Nicholson Street from 24-68(east side) and 91 Victoria Parade. Isolated contributory buildings in Regent Street just outside the area include "Zamia" and "Patricia".
