A six room, two storey brick house with narrow rendered facade and projecting bay window on ground floor, surmounted by an ornate matching iron balcony: iron railings and rendered pillars on the street alingnment complement the house which was erected in 1893 by Thomas Chevalier, builder, for his own use.
