Dentonville Individual Statement of Significance: A detached house of the terrace type, dating from 1888 and of somewhat unusual design notably the steep roof and lookout platform with its ornamental iron balustrade.

Denton Hall Individual Statement of Significance: An unusual example of a detached ballroom, later than the house and austerely designed in brick, but for the surprising application of cement swags and other decorative parapet elements at the front end.
