Group Statement of Significance: Row of 8 two-storey bluestone houses with rendered facades, parapets with simple moldings and six-paned well proportioned windows, numbers 9 and 19 identical, 21 and 23 each similar; currently painted in five varying colours. All built from 1854-1860s for four different owners who, with subsequent early owners and occupants, are representative of Fitzroy's background in business, politics and the heatre.
