Statement of Significance

The Group classification (B3227) which covers the Buck's Head Inn and adjacent cottages in Napier Street is extended to include the six cottages (Nos.32-42) around the corner in Condell Street. These simple cottages of classical design were built in 1867 and 1880 for the owner of the adjacent Buck's Head Inn, Joseph Snadden.
