Statement of Significance

Group of Buildings.
House - A single storey bluestone farmhouse with slate roof, built in about 1859 for William Fanning and continuously occupied since by his descendants.
Outbuildings consist of: Kitchen - Simple hipped-roofed kitchen with random rubble bluestone walls. Woolshed (former stable and coach-house) - Simple hipped-roofed woolshed with coursed bluestone with former openings filled in with weatherboarding.
Piggery - Simple gabled shed with roughly split timber side walls and weather-boarded gables.
Shed - Simple gabled shed with roughly split timber side walls and weather-boarded gables.
