Statement of Significance

A flat arched colonnaded terrace of three two-storeyed houses (Nos 16 & 18 in 1867 and No 14 in 1889). They are of pleasing classical appearance with iron fencing. No 16 was the residence of the Hon Peter Lalor, M L A, of Eureka fame, from 1884 to 1889.
