Built 1910/11 to design of Butler & Bradshaw. Faced in Wangarratta granite. Front block extended upward. Rear block added, facing Little Collins Street, by Walter Burley Griffin in 1914. Built for Ballieau.Patterson and occupied by various mining companies.
