The Pearcedale Methodist Church (former) is of local historic and social significance to the City of Casey.

Why is it significant?
Historically and socially, it is significant as an early public building within Pearcedale, which demonstrates the revival of the township and the strength of Methodism in the early part of the twentieth century. Although no longer used as a church, it has strong associations with the local community as a long term public building that played an important role in the development of Pearcedale.
