Why is it Significant?
Of historic significance as a representative and perhaps the most
intactexample of Brunswick's once prolific steel foundry industry that
becamea characteristic form of manufacture in the suburb during the late

Of aesthetic significance as a good example of twentieth
centuryindustrial architecture, which is of note for its use of coloured
