The row of houses at 5-15 Hudson Street, Coburg is local historical and architectural Significance. The type, multiple identical freestanding two storey terrace houses, is highly unusual, and this is the only known example in the municipality. In addition, the size of the allotments and the inclusion of a carriageway are all indicative of the somewhat pretentious nature of this speculative development
