48-68 Donald Street, Brunswick, is of local architectural Significance.It is a reasonably intact group of eleven houses built for the oneowner, specifically as rental properties. Although, notably, all theterraces retain their original bichrome face brickwork, the Significanceof 54-68 has been somewhat diminished by the variety of new fences, andthe landscaping treatments generally.
