Statement of Significance

Large interwar attic bungalow withrendered walls on a brick plinth anda tiled jerkinhead gable roof, elevated above the street. The symmetrical facade features double height hipped bays withlarge curved bay windows with dramatic timber shingled hoods on either side of a semi-circular porch/balcony with render and wrought iron balustrade supported by Tuscan order columns and accessed by a sweeping Terrazzo staircase. Highly intact and complemented by an original front fence with similar detailing to the house.

A Significant place within the HO33 Brunswick Road West precinct.
