'Victoriana', comprising the house constructed c.1915, at 5 Deans Street, Coburg.

How is it significant?
'Victoriana' is of local aesthetic significance to the City of Moreland.

Why is it significant?
Of aesthetic significance as a representative example of a finely detailed example of an Edwardian weatherboard bungalow. It is part of a group of late nineteenth and early twentieth century residences that make an important contribution to the character and amenity of Deans Street. (RNE criterion E.1)
