North Brunswick Primary School at Pearson street, on the corner of Albion Street, Brunswick West is of local historic and aesthetic significance to the City of Moreland.

Why is it significant?
Of historic significance for its pioneering work in education, especially in the area of integrated studies and mathematics. Also for its continuing use as a primary school since 1909, and since its establishment on this site in 1923. (AHC Criterion A.4)

Of aesthetic significance, as a good and typical example of a substantial inter-war primary school in the City of Moreland. (AHC Criterion F.1)
