The terrace houses, constructed c.1895, at 18 to 28 Brunswick Road, East Brunswick.
How is it significant?
The terrace houses at 18 to 28 Brunswick Road, East Brunswick are of
local aesthetic significance to the City of Moreland.
Why is it significant?
Of aesthetic significance, as a largely intact row of six Italianate
terrace houses built in the late nineteenth century which display the
typical features and massing of that period, and are notable for the
elaborate parapet decoration. (AHC Criterion E.1)
