The FJ Wolfe Cordage Manufacturer factory and residence at 399-401 Albion Street, West Brunswick, is of local historic significance to the City of Moreland.

Why is it significant?
Of historic significance as one of the few (if only) surviving small-scale cordage manufacturers in Brunswick, which had a number of well-known larger cordage manufacturers including Down & Sons in Tinning Street and James Miller & Co off Dawson Street, which was the largest such manufacturer in Victoria.
