What is significant?
The Victoria Street precinct, comprising 58 to 82 Victoria Street, East Brunswick (excluding 70-72, 74 & 76A Victoria St)

How is it significant?
The Victoria Street precinct is of local aesthetic significance to the City of Moreland.

Why is it significant?
Of aesthetic significance as a representative example of an early twentieth century residential precinct, which is notable for its collection of brick houses with a high degree of integrity and homogeneity. The house at No. 76 is individually notable as a fine example of a Victorian Italianate residence, which retains its front fence. (AHC Crtierion E.1)
