Recommendation: It is recommended that the memorial gates be returned to the gate piers at the front of the school. If for safety and/or practical reasons the gates cannot be re-installed, then they should be re-located within the school grounds, and identified as the Jessie McKechnie Memorial gates (the plaque should accompany the gates).
