The house known as "Woolton" at 60 Woolton Avenue, Thornbury, built by 1893 for David Marks.
The house known as "Woolton" at 60 Woolton Avenue, Thornbury is of local aesthetic significance to Darebin City.
It is aesthetically significant as a well-preserved double-fronted weatherboard house of a type which was common in Northcote. It also has notable details, in particular the gabled verandah and friezes. It contributes to a notable group of similar weatherboard houses. (Criterion E)
