Architecturally, a well preserved and obvious example of a standard design, adapted successfully to prevailing architectural fashion and reinforced by the adjacent station complex; of metropolitan importance. Historically, part of an extensive station complex developed substantially during Kensington's major urban growth period: of local importance.
