What is significant?
The Victoria Valley Hall Complex is typical of those developed in the first half of the nineteenth century in response to the increase in population due to closer and soldier settlement. The complex is located on the Victoria Valley Road, and is one of the only public buildings in the hamlet of Victoria Valley. The complex consists of a public hall, barbeque area, tennis courts and a bronze plaque mounted on a large boulder. The hall is clad with sheets of corrugated iron, and has been extended twice, once in brick and once in timber. The complex is in good condition, and retains a fair degree of integrity.
