It has been used as a picture theatre and for dances, weddings and special community occasions.

The Leopold Hall is relatively intact and has been in continuous use since 1893 as a library, meeting place and community venue for cultural, educational, religious, political, sporting, patriotic and private functions. It is of LOCAL cultural significance.
