The Barwon Heads Park at No 1 Ewing Blyth Drive is aesthetically significant at a REGIONAL level. The treed reserve, including the oval and tennis courts, together with the views to and from the Park, are a significant visual amenity to the township of Barwon Heads.

The Barwon Heads Part at 1 Ewing Blyth Drive is historically and socially significant at a REGIONAL level. It is associated with the formation of the Barwon Heads Park Trust and the subsequent developments and improvements that occurred between 1889 and 1954. the Barwon Heads Park is recognized and highly valued by the community for its association as a holiday resort for campers and as a public park for recreational pursuits
