The houses have aesthetic significance as intact, semi-detached Edwardian era dwellings which retain their overall form at the front and many key original features. Notable features which contribute towards this aesthetic value include the unusual yet appealing arrangement of the corner bay windows under the gable eaves and the Art Nouveau touches in the pressed metal.
