STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE67 Ormond Road has archiectural significance at a local level. It is a representative example of a brick Inter-War residenc e with a high degree of itegrity. The building retains its characteristic siting, form and typical details including projecting gables, a separate entrance porch, tripartite casement windows, bichromatic brickwork and a terracotta tile clad hip roof. The building forms part of the residential streetscape and retains its original fence.
