STATEMENT OF CULTURAL HERITAGE SIGNIFICANCE:

This Dawn Red Wood is significant for aesthetic and scientific reasons at Regional level. It is an outstanding size for the species at a height of 20m and a canopy spread of 9m. This is bigger than other examples of the tree on the register. It makes a significant contribution to this suburban garden.
