This Norfolk Island Hibiscus is significant for aesthetic, historic and scientific reasons at Regional level. This tree is outstanding for its large height of 19 metres and its impressive canopy spread of 13-14 metres. This tree provides a significant contribution to the landscape, forming part of the historic garden of Gnotuk. This Norfolk Island Hibiscus is one of the oldest trees at Gnotuk.
