105 Lucan Street is an excellent example of a nineteenth century commercial building and is a landmark building together with 89-91 Lucan Street. The characteristic elements include the zero setback from the street, the parapet with triangular pediment, recessed brickwork panel and rubbed brickwork with tuck pointing to the asymmetrical window openings and four panel door with sidelight.
