B Listed - Regional Significance STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE Historically, an old hotel site and, as a building it has been used for public purposes for nearly a century. Architecturally, an outstanding and early example of an intermediate scale Queen Anne Revival Style commercial building and a major contributor in an Edwardian and late Victorian era residential precinct.
