What is significant? The c1860 Yellow Box tree and (th root ball of the tree or its canopy drip zone, whichever is greater?) How is it significant? The tree is historically and aesthetically significant to the Shire of Nillumbik What is it significant? The tree is historically and aesthetically significant as an important local landmark (approximately 20 metres in height with a canopy spread of 17.5 metres and a trunk circumference of 3.3 metres) and as a piece of remnant native vegetation (Criteria A & E)
