Group 299, 301, 303 Pigdon Street Carlton. 299 (Ormuz) 301 (Orotava) (Orubu) Statement of Significance: This very attractive row of three single storey residences with exceptionally wide frontages was erected in 1899 by Joseph Hince, a prominent local builder. The original cast iron fences and brick party walls are included in the Classification.
