Large ventilators and corrugated iron doors have also been retained. The building encompasses and entire street block and is a substantial element in the streetscape. It has historical association with Dennys Lascelles, a prominent Geelong Woolbroking firm. Further research is needed to establish the timing and sequence of development on the site.
