STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE

3 Breakwater Road has architectural significance at a local level. The building is a representative and substantially intact example of a single storey brick Bungalow residence, a housing type which was once common in the Geelong region. The building retains characteristic form, siting and details including a prominent gable, a large terracotta tile roof, casement windows, and a return style verandah.
