Statement of Significance

Victorian Italianate villa constructed of bi-chrome brick with a slate roof. Asymmetrical in plan with a projecting three-sided bay window and an ogee profile verandah with cast iron frieze. Relatively intact and notable for the patterning created by the lighter bricks as decorative quoining around the openings and wall corners and as diaper work below the double sash timber windows.
