STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
Designed in 1915 by the notable Geelong architect, Percy Everett, it may be the last domestic building designed by him in Geelong and possibly the only extant timber one. The garden, fence hedge and house have an excellent degree of integrity and it is of regional significance.
