A Federation villa with a hip roof and projecting gables to the front and side. The corner tower with a low conical roof is a notable feature as is the return verandah with Art-Nouveau brackets. The projecting front gable has a faceted bay window to one side of a porthole window. The render and brick chimneys have tall terracotta pots.
