B Listed - Regional Significance STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE - GRC - HISTORIC PLACES DOCUMENTATION SHEET NO. 291 Although this timber residence of 1890 was erected to the design of architect James Durran as his residence, there is little architectural merit evident in the design and it cannot be considered a noted example of this Geelong architect's work.
