STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE

11 Spring Street is a typical, modest timber cottage of the 1850's on Geelong West and a rare survivor in the former Little Scotland area it is of local significance.

POLICY AND RECOMMENDATIONS: GRPS

More appropriate window and door joiner would greatly enhance the character of this building as would more appropriate paint colours and verandah decorations
