A characteristic late Italianate timber house built between 1879 and 1884. It has architectural significance locally as representative of this domestic style and historical significance in embodying life in Newtown in the early 1880s'

INTACTNESS: Very good. The fence and security door are not appropriate and the balustrade is recent.
